You have a specific problem you want solved. We scope it out on the discovery call, agree on what done looks like, and I get it done. Could be research, a strategy doc, a working prototype, or a training session that leaves you able to do it yourself.

Monthly retainer

Do I need to know exactly what I need before reaching out?
No. That's what the discovery call is for. Most people come in with a feeling, not a clear ask. "Something isn't working and I don't know what" is a completely fine place to start.
What if I just need one small thing done?
A project engagement can be as small as a two-hour research sprint or a single training session. We scope it on the call and I'll give you a flat number before any money moves.
What's the retainer cancellation policy?
You can cancel anytime. You keep everything delivered so far and owe nothing going forward. If I cancel, you get back the portion of your retainer I haven't yet earned. The full terms are on the retainer page and in the contract before you sign.
What if I can't afford the project or retainer rates right now?
Send me a message and be straight about it. Sometimes there's a smaller first step that makes sense. And the discovery call is always free, so that's always available to you regardless.
